Kelly and Natalie have each worked within the travel industry for more than 20 years and have both held numerous positions ranging from sales to management. This included working side by side as Sales Managers for luxury cruise and river cruise companies. The dream of starting their own business and advising clients on their ideal holidays was born when they had both taken time away from the corporate life to start families.
For years friends and family would call them as an information hub for ideas of where to holiday. They were able to recommend and share suggestions of where to stay and what to do but it was then up to them to source it themselves. The time came when they decided to start their own families and it meant they were then able to follow this through properly and start providing a travel agent service which was how the idea of Lay My Hat Travel was born. Kelly and Natalie have travelled extensively both personally and professionally and have established some fantastic travel contacts over the years. Between them they have been lucky enough to visit some of the most wonderful places on earth.
Established in 2017, Lay My Hat Travel was set up to source and provide some of the most amazing travel opportunities alongside providing great customer service.
